I like the fact that Claris platform allows for both on-site server option or cloud based option and I can easily switch between one or the other depending on my needs unlike other cloud based only options, in fact We had poor internet issues at the start which made an onsite server the best option vs cloud based at the time, since then we have better internet capabilities and the Claris Platform allows us to switch to cloud should we choose to do so. "We have been using the Simply P & O System for a couple of years now. It is a user friendly system that has made day to day management more efficient. The patient files are well organized and we're able to quickly access ADP forms, invoicing, related purchase orders for parts as well as clinic media and funding documents.
The ordering system has been very useful to access purchase orders for returns and warranty information as well as tracking and labelling items for patients.
The invoices are easy to edit and customize for third party billing and there is plenty of room for additional descriptions when needed. The reports function is very useful for tracking outstanding invoices as well as any missing payments for accounting.
I especially like the ease in which ADP applications and invoices can be exported and uploaded for ADP submission and the invoicing".
